Change is our new constant and that makes our business a really exciting place.  As a Change Lead supporting delivery of multi-dimensional change, evolving with pace, you will work with leaders to ensure that our people are taken on the change journey to enable early adoption of change which will ultimately result in an exceptional people experience, and enhance the quality of service that they deliver to our customers.

Reporting to the Head of Leadership Partnering, with a dotted line into our Business Transformation Office, this role focuses on the people aspects of our transformation programme within our business.  Through your engaging and inspiring approach you will implement change management strategies and plans to maximise transformation opportunities and the timely realisation of benefits.   Working through others, with people at the heart of our change plans, the Change Lead will provide direct support and coaching to all levels of leadership as they help their people transition through change. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise the Belron Way of Change playbook and your own Change Management expertise in a complex and evolving environment, ensuring the multiple layers of change are planned and executed brilliantly with minimal impact on our people.  
  • Represent Belron UK in the Group Change Community and be the conduit between Change and Comms Specialists in the Centre and Belron UK.  
  • Accountability for our People, Change and Communications Strategy and Plan that supports our agreed Change Principles and Vision.
  • Working with the People, Change and Communication leads in each programme have oversight of the individual change plans and ensure change plans are co-ordinated and communications are well thought through.  
  • Accountability for change management impact analysis at a high and deeper level to provide the business with a clear understanding of the impact on our people from a Process, Technology and Organisational Design Perspective.
  • Identify, analyse and monitor risks associated with change activity and actively develop mitigation strategies,
  • Working closely with the Business Transformation Office providing thought leadership on People, Business Change and Communications always being the voice and advocate of our people.  
  • Evaluate multiple sources of qualitative and quantative data to support the business to make sound decisions about change programmes.
  • Lead Organisational Design activity, supporting the business to identify required structures, roles, competencies and ways of working as a result of change – utilising proven OD Methodology.    
  • Support and engage our leadership teams, including the UK Exec and Senior Leadership Teams,  through inspiring engagement events and activity to ensure consistent level of knowledge and buy in.
  • Develop and implement a plan for Belron Way of Change Training for the business, ensuring that a rolling programme of training is developed for the business across a 2-3 year timeframe. 
  • Develop and drive a robust communication and stakeholder engagement plan that is based on the principles of Right message, Right Time, Right People and Right Channel. 
  • Co-ordinate efforts in a collaborative way across the business to ensure the transformation programme is on track from a timeline perspective and deliverable expectations are met.  
  • Evaluate and identify skills gap analysis and develop associated training plans, linking closely with Group Transformation Leads.
  • Support the wider People Business Partner team with the implementation of people and change plans through their stakeholders.      


  • A solid understanding of change methodology and modern tools for change management
  • Significant demonstrable experience in change management and organisational design methodologies
  • Proven Internal Communication experience during change programmes
  • CIPD qualified or significant experience as a People Business Partner / Change Partner
  • Ability to influence and challenge Senior Stakeholders
  • Ability to confidently articulate to groups and individuals, in a presentation setting
  • Ability to influence individuals and engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • You will be comfortable working at pace, often in a rapidly changing environment where the context is shifting and sometimes ambiguous and managing multiple priorities at the same time.
