Attention to detail and superior customer service is key to this role whether dealing with customers via phone or email. 

What will a day with us look like?

Based in a centre, your shift will start with a team update and you will work work through the days schedule liaising with customers, technicians and other teams within Autoglass to make sure our customers receive the very best experience and are delighted with our work.

Working  a 40 hour week Monday to Saturday you will work on a 5 day rota. You will have 2 full weekends off in 4 and work on shift pattern of 7.30am-4.30pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm.

You will always have your rota in advance to allow you to plan your off time.
