Making the difference....

3-6 month Fixed Term Contract

With a packed agenda for learning and development in a time of busy transformation activity, we are looking for a seasoned L&D professional who is open to a mixture of strategic and operational activity to come in and support our People Team on a 3-6 month fixed term contract.  

You will help us to identify the landscape of L&D in our business, identify any gaps and provide recommendations for improvement. You'll help us to understand quickly the workflows and processes of an existing LMS and identify quick wins to drive efficiencies as well as identifying admin support required from our shared services function,

You'll also ensure that key cross business wide compliance training that is not role specific, e.g. GDPR, Bribery and Corruption etc, is available and updated utilising our e-learning development software
